Hosting Complaints:

If you wish to raise a complaint about the service you have received or any abuse you have received from a customer of ours, we’ll aim to address them in a timely and effective manner.

For any complaints or Abuse Reports, please e-mail us on support@subset.solutions. Once received, your complaint will be acknowledged via e-mail and one of our managers will investigate your complaint thoroughly and aim to have a resolution provided within three working days.
